Khlood Aldukheil

Saudi’s 2030 Vision and the changing role of women in the Saudi economy and society.

Khlood is the Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors of Aldukheil Financial Group. With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, covering Debt Advisory, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and Investment Banking, she is one of the most qualified in Saudi Arabia. She is also one of the first woman to be nominated and selected to be the President of the Saudi National Committee for Statistics and the Audit Committee. On top of this, she is Chairperson for Saudi Orix, a board member of SimaRating and a member of the Investment and Capital Market Committee and the Financial Advisory Committee at the Chamber of Commerce. 

Previously, Ms. Aldukheil worked at the World Bank in 1994, was the VP of Women Business Council at the Chamber of Commerce and Executive Member of the National Committee for women. In Saudi Arabia, she regularly meets with Shura council members and business directors to encourage more schemes to increase the number of female employees.
